“I would like to start out with giving you some brief background on our Workers Compensation structure. In March of 2006 we were given notice by our long time Case Manager that she was planning to move out of state. While we were very saddened by the news, we started the process of finding a new Case Manager. We have always felt that the Case Management role plays a vital part in the successfulness of our workers compensation program. In fact, our Case Manager has always been an “extension of our department.”

With that being said, our company made the decision in April to work with Lisa Coke and her company, Preferred Case Management. I have only good things to say about Lisa and her company. Even though it has been a short time, Lisa has exuded professionalism and courtesy in every claim that she has handled for our company. Her work ethics and standards have certainly raised the bar for the Case Management role within our company.

I am confident that if you decide to work with Preferred Case Management, you will be as impressed as I am with the quality and integrity of the company and its employees.”
